2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of tools and equipment through this store. Any departures must be expressly agreed in writing. Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

3. Products and orders

The product description and the order confirmation define what you purchase. Product images are indicative. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to agree a suitable alternative or a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT and worldwide air shipping. The additional shipping charge is €0. No additional store shipping or handling charge is added. Destination-specific customs duties or import taxes are not quoted or confirmed here; contact us for clarification before an international order. Confirmed orders are paid in advance through the available payment methods. Statutory interest and lawful collection charges may apply to overdue payments.

5. Changes and cancellations

Contact us to change or cancel an order. Consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal under section 6.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online equipment purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us using the details in section 1 for return instructions. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. You may inspect the goods as necessary to assess their nature and function; excessive handling may result in a deduction for diminished value. We refund within 14 days of withdrawal notification and may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of return are received. Refunds use the original payment method. The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to business purchases.

7. Worldwide air delivery

Our shipping offer is worldwide delivery by air within 7 days, with air shipping included in the listed product price. Carrier service and destination availability are checked for every order, particularly for batteries or large equipment. Consumers bear the risk of loss or damage only once they or their nominated recipient receive the goods.

8. Warranty and conformity

Goods must conform to the agreement and applicable statutory requirements. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights, including the conformity rules of Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code. Report defects within a reasonable time after discovery.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for business purchases is limited to direct loss up to the relevant invoice value; indirect loss, including lost profits, is excluded. This does not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where mandatory consumer law prevents a limitation.

10. Events beyond our control

If an event beyond our control delays delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss the next steps. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please report complaints promptly by email. We aim to provide a substantive response within 5 working days. Statutory rights are not restricted by this request. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent court, without affecting consumers’ mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction.

12. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
