How Nexora Group handles and protects your personal data under the GDPR.

1. Data controller

Nexora Works is the registered business responsible for personal data collected through the Nexora Group website and orders. 2. Information we process

Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, order reference, location and message, used to respond to your enquiry. Orders: contact, delivery and payment information. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. Technical information may include anonymised website usage statistics.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to respond to your requests and fulfil orders, comply with legal obligations such as tax record keeping, and, only with your consent, send requested updates.

4. Retention

Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for up to 12 months afterwards. Invoices and accounting records are retained for 7 years to meet Dutch fiscal obligations.

5. Service providers and international orders

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to process payments, host the website or deliver an order. International delivery may require sharing necessary delivery details with carriers and customs authorities. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are required for transfers outside the European Economic Area.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses functional browser storage to remember cart and checkout information. Anonymised usage statistics may also be collected. Marketing or tracking cookies require your consent.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security
